Blacktwig (Mammoth) Scionwood

Brock Scionwood

A cross between Golden Delicious and McIntosh. A large apple with red/pink skin. Flesh is cream colored, crisp and juicy with a sweet/sprightly flavor. Good keeper. Doesn't brown when cut.

Burford Redflesh Scionwood

Medium to large size, round to round flattened, red apple with a light russet. The flesh is beet-red, juicy and very tart and somewhat bitter. A cooking apple and often used for making cider. Can be used as an ornamental due to it's greyish bloom.

Burgundy Scionwood

Large, solid dark red apple with gloss like skin. Flesh is crisp with some red streaking as it ripens. Great eating apple. One of our favorites. Not a great keeper.
