Victorinox is the best
Absolutely the best grafting knife there is; I've tried several. I bought another one just so I have a backup in case anything breaks. So far I have not had to use the backup because the first one works so well. I actually have many victorinox knives of all kinds and all are excellent. Don't even think about buying anything else. Holds an edge very well.
