Dolgo Crab and Haralson cross. A dark crimson skinned crab measuring about 1.75" in diameter . The flesh is yellow and tinged with red, crisp, juicy with a sweet/tart taste. It is very good for fresh eating and gets better with storage. Can be used for cooking, canning, and juicing. Great keeper.
